I’m not going to write very much about this at all, which is somehow more difficult. I have read the Summary Findings of the GM Hearing for officers Casey, Franks, Clapham, Bond and Simpson, in some areas more than once, and I still remain confused.

My own personal opinion remains that it was a perverse verdict and should be appealed, however you now have the opportunity to read the Panel’s written explanation and form your own opinion based on ‘fact’ not rumour.
