    Absolutely priceless.

    Just goes to show. An impact assessment might be seen as much too similar to evidence-based cutting..

    If the cuts will increase performance, you wouldn’t want people to check that – in case they’re tempted to agree with you.

    I mean, they may then decide not to argue. Hang on..
